Brixham Events in 2022
As we look forward to a busy summer here at Churston Way Lodge, here's a preview of the major events happening in Brixham in the summer and autumn 2022.
Brixham Pirate Festival
Brixham will once again be full of brigands for the annual Brixham Pirate Festival. The event takes place on the early May bank holiday weekend – from 30th April & 2nd May 2022. You’ll find bands on the Main Stage, activities in the Children’s area and more entertainment at the Children and Family Stage next to the marina. There’ll also be a pirate street party and games on Middle Street, fire eaters, stilt walkers and busking musicians, food and drink vendors and stalls.

The festival is free for all to attend and funded by sponsors and donations from the public as a non-profit making event.

Brixfest
BrixFest is a FREE, three day spectacular festival including fireworks, children's day, live music, cooking demonstrations, heritage craft exhibitions, crabbing competitions, vintage car rally and lots more.
The popular event usually takes place over the Whitsun Bank Holiday Weekend, at the end of May.

English Riviera Air Show

Torbay Steam Fair
Come and view the wonderful working steam engines, vintage and classic cars, lorries, military displays, market stalls and so much more. The Torbay Steam Fair takes place over 3 days between 5th - 7th August 2022 on the A3022 just outside Brixham.

Regatta week will start Saturday 20th August 2022 with the Official Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta running from 24th until 27th August 2022.
It's based around a programme of rowing and sailing events, but also incorporates a busy programme of activities including air displays, fireworks, a large fair, and many other smaller events that happen in and around the town centre.
